Something thoughtful is taking shape

Wellness that meets you in real life.

Lippa meets working mothers where they are each day. Through a simple conversation, it offers one gentle, pressure-free suggestion that could make the day a little better and explains why it matters, so there is something useful to take away even when you do not act on it.

TODAY'S CHECK IN2 min
ReflectHow are you feeling today?
I woke up tired and the morning already got away from me.
SuggestionIf you have two minutes, step outside for natural morning light. No walk required.

Why it matters: Morning light is a strong cue for your circadian clock. It helps coordinate alertness now and sleep timing later.

More good days, over time.

Lippa remembers. Everything you share becomes part of your story, so every suggestion is shaped by what actually worked for you before, and matched to the time you have today.

And Lippa evolves with you. Some days you need a friend. Some days you need a coach. It meets you where you are, in the way you need it.

Technique by technique, insight by insight, it adds up: more knowledge about how you work, more of what works for you, and more good days.

Six pillars. One whole person.

Every suggestion draws from six areas of wellbeing grounded in science, then adapts to the day in front of you.

  1. 01 Movement
  2. 02 Sleep
  3. 03 Light & rhythm
  4. 04 Stress regulation
  5. 05 Connection
  6. 06 Nutrition basics

“Is Lippa on holidays?”

In the first small WhatsApp pilot, the daily check in became something participants noticed when it was gone. The lesson wasn't that mothers need more wellness content. It was that timely care, context, and the reason behind a suggestion can make a small action feel possible.

Built from the moment the old tools stopped fitting.

Before becoming a mother, I had a wellness routine that worked. Then my daughter arrived, and none of those tools adapted to my new life.

I'm building Lippa for working mothers who don't need another thing to succeed at. They need support that meets them where they are each day, with intelligence, warmth, and room for real life.
